The article deals with conflict, the nature of pedagogical conflict in higher education, the practice of conflict in education, the objective and subjective nature of conflicts, their immediate causes and their analysis, what forms of conflict and how to resolve them, as well as their management research of the arts, which we believe was conducted to provide psychological services to secondary school and methodological assistance to future teachers
