Abstract

The effectiveness of TLT depends on the thrombolytic drug used, which in its main characteristics should be, first of all, safe, with the absence or maximum low risk of hemorrhagic complications, including - intracranial bleeding, the absence of side and allergic reactions, effective with verified coronary reperfusion in the highest percentage of cases, convenient in the application of pain-injected, which contributes to the early onset of repertures of the myocard, and of course, economically available to the population
