Abstract

The system of continuing education in our republic, being one of the most important social institutions in the context of the modernization of social spheres and sectors of the economy, performs educational, educational, economic, social and cultural functions. To ensure their successful implementation, pedagogical conditions must be created that form students creative and independent thinking, professional maturity and high spirituality.
