Abstract

This article discusses the concept of "art of a miniaturist" included processing and painting paper, priming a painting base, preparing paints, making brushes, varnish. It was a whole science about the technology of miniature painting, for the mastering of which the student took many years, but the high quality of artistic materials ensured a long life for the works of miniature painting.
